I work with organizations to innovate inclusion and build representation in the workplace for all. My method incorporates organizational analysis, and social psychology with years of activist experience impacting social change. My mission is to empower people to thrive, and become champions, and facilitators of diverse and inclusive cultures.

I sit on the board of the American Indian Cultural Center of San Francisco and the Bay Area American Indian Powwow Committee.

Organizational Analysis

 

I analyze people systems looking at equity and compliance. I identify drivers of employee engagement and barriers to it, and offer comprehensive strategic solutions that embed diversity and inclusion goals into organizational growth and development.


Talent Development

 

I provide talent development programs for employees at all levels, from executive coaching to a global learning experience. I offer workshops, keynotes, and trainings tailored to the organization’s needs on topics including “unconscious bias,” cross-cultural collaboration, and bystander intervention.


Community

 

I focus on belonging across the organization, and amplifying social impact globally. I create inclusive policy, partnerships and resources for underrepresented communities.
