Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting

 

I design and embed diversity and inclusion strategy into an organization’s growth and development. I build measurable engagement and equity programs, and foster belonging for all. Some past projects included:

Executive  development and coaching to implement the Rooney Rule.
Developing diverse hiring and product partnerships. 
Creating a global learning experience implemented through a workshop series.
Designing a long-term strategic response to the industry call to dismantle systemic racism.
Copywriting strategic internal communications regarding BLM.
Creating and leading a diversity, inclusion and belonging council made up of executive leadership, and stakeholders.

I have experience speaking, podcasting, and and interviewing on gender, Native American and LGBT identities, and issues from my positionality.
