I innovate inclusion and diversity strategies for organizations of all sizes. I focus my work on organizational change through equitable policies and decision-making that is accessible for underrepresented groups. I work primarily with firms in the Bay Area including Transcend, Inc. and the American Indian Cultural Center of San Francisco (AICCSF). I moved to San Francisco in 2016 after graduating from UC Santa Cruz where I received by B.A. in psychology with an emphasis in law, gender, sexuality and ability.
